Care that starts with an exam, not a menu.
Candor Aesthetics is a nurse-practitioner-founded practice in downtown Alpharetta. Every plan is set by a licensed provider after a good-faith exam, under the medical direction of Anita Rao, MD. Sometimes the plan is to wait.
Our rooms are plain and well lit on purpose. Assessment happens under proper lighting rather than under something flattering.

Georgia requires an advertisement for medical services to name the physician responsible for them. Most practices in this category do not. It is a ten-second check worth running on anybody you are comparing us with.

We say no more than most practices do. Not to be difficult — because a lot of what people ask for won't do what they're hoping it will do, and some of it will make things worse. If filler isn't the answer for your under-eyes, we'll tell you that in the consultation instead of selling you a syringe and hoping you don't notice.
Two ways in
Neither one is a filter of the other. Start from what you want or from what bothers you — both routes reach the same sixteen treatments.

Parking, hours, and the first forty-five minutesOne floor, four rooms and a front desk, on Milton Avenue. Nothing here is a stock photograph of somebody else's clinic.
Before & after
Why there are none, and what we show you insteadWe don't publish before-and-after photographs, and we'd rather tell you why than show you somebody else's.
Individual results vary. Photographs show one patient's outcome and are not a prediction, promise, or guarantee of the result you will experience. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, health, the number of sessions performed, and how the skin responds.

What happens at a first visit
- 1You arrive about ten minutes early and fill in an intake form. That is where the medical questions are asked — not on this website, and not in the quiz.
- 2A licensed provider examines your skin in proper lighting and takes photographs from the front and both sides. Photographs stay in your record; nothing is published from them without a separate written authorisation you would have to sign later.
- 3You talk. About twenty-five of the forty-five minutes is this part, and it is where we work out whether what you came in for is what you actually need.
- 4You leave with a written plan and a total, or with a recommendation to wait. Nothing is booked or charged on the day unless you want to proceed and the plan is straightforward.
There is a public deck behind the building and metered street parking out front. The deck is free for the first two hours, which covers a consultation and most treatment appointments. Suite 210 is on the second floor and the lift is at the back of the lobby.
